Power outage in Whitecaps area

Pete O’Connor reported to our sister site westofthei.com at 11:06 p.m. that power is out in the Whitecaps area.

UPDATE 3:17 a.m. — Power was restored about midnight, a We Energies spokesman said. About 2,700 customers were effected. Source was a faulty cable.
