Kenosha restaurant owner earns prestigious guide star for Chicago restaurant
Spiaggia, the Chicago restaurant owned by Kenosha native Tony Mantuano has earned a prestigious star in the MICHELIN Guide Chicago 2011.
“One Michelin star means a very good restaurant in its category, a place offering cuisine prepared to a consistently high standard,” the site’s website says.
Mantuano also owns Mangia in Kenosha.
