The Kenosha Common Council will hold a public hearing on the 2011 city budget and the 2011-2015 Capital Improvement Plan Wednesday, starting at 5 p.m., in the Council Chambers (Room 200) of the Municipal Building, 625 52nd St.

Here’s a copy of the proposed 2011 budget. This document calls for a 10.78 percent increase in total tax levy over 2010.
