Units responding to train station

At about 8 p.m., Kenosha police and an emergency medical personnel are responding to the Metra Train Station for a report of an assault that may have taken place on the train.
A conductor reported to police that the assault may have taken place on the train between Winthrop Harbor and the Kenosha stop.
