Units responding to crash

At 4:17 p.m., Kenosha police and fire units are responding to a report of a crash involving a car and a child on a bicycle at Highway 50 and Green Bay Road.

Dispatch says the crash scene is blocking traffic in the eastbound lanes east of the intersection.
