Thunderstorms headed this way

The National Weather Service says there’s a 100 percent chance of at least showers today, but has also issued a short-term forecast calling for thunderstorms to hit the area around 7:30 a.m.
In fact, the storm on the regional radar is large. A farther back radar look suggests thunderstorms could be with us for a while today.
