Units responding to report of apartment fire

At 4:55 p.m., Kenosha Fire Department units are responding to a report of an apartment on fire in the 4600 block of 38th Avenue.

UPDATE 4:58 p.m. — Personnel on scene reports that fire was on outside of building. Appears to be out now. Building has been evacuated.
