The teen charged with negligent homicide in the death of a bicyclist on Aug. 7 plead not guilty to that charge in court today in Kenosha, fox6now.com is reporting.

Devin Kunich, 21, of Kenosha, was bicycling home on Highway H when he was struck and killed in an early morning accident on Sunday, Aug. 7 in Pleasant Prairie.

Quashae D. Taylor, 18, of Kenosha, told police that she had her eyes closed while driving on Highway H at the time of the crash and also said that she received a cell phone call at about the same time. She was charged with negligent homicide.
