First Friday this week at I-94 Visitor Information Center

On Friday, Sept. 2, the Kenosha Area Convention & Visitors Bureau kicks off the holiday weekend with another fun, informative, and tasty Open House at its I-94 Visitor Information Center.

Travelers taking a break from the road, as well as local residents – tourists in their own town – are invited.

First Fridays, a free open house, takes place from noon to 3 p.m. at this center, which serves as the gateway to Wisconsin for countless Illinois travelers.

Scheduled exhibitors on Sept. 2, bringing giveaways, treats, and chances to win an overnight hotel stay, are:

  • Tacos el Rey
  • Jelly Belly Visitor Center
  • Holiday Inn Express
  • Culver’s of Pleasant Prairie
  • Candlewood Suites

The I-94 Visitor Information Center is located on the southeast corner of I-94 and Hwy. 165, at 10519 – 120th Ave. (Exit 347). For more details, call the I-94 Center at (262) 857-7164, or the Downtown Center at (262) 654-7307, or (800) 654-7309.
