Recipe books causing traffic back-up

At about 1:07 p.m., two deputies are responding to the area of Highway KR and Highway 32 to control traffic.

A deputy reported to dispatch that the back-up appears to be from people stopping at the nearby We Energies building to pick-up a holiday recipe book.
