Kenosha Bulk Waste Drop Off hours to change
The Kenosha Public Works Department has made the following announcement regarding bulk waste drop-off:
Beginning Jan. 3, 2012, the Bulk Waste Drop Off site’s normal operational hours will be Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Recycling Drop-off site’s normal operational hours will remain unchanged and will be Tuesdays through Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

I stopped at the bulk waste site on Thursday {4-12-12} around 11:00 am and site was closed. So now i have to make another trip to the site at a later time which is now costing me more time and money for gas. Why isn’t this site open when it is supposed to be open.Why am i paying to get rid of stuff.
