Miss Amercia signs posted along highways

Kenosha County’s Highway Division installed permanent Miss America signs today at various highway locations.
The signs are purple and also sport a tiara.
Locations of the signs are:
State Highways
- Highway 165, eastbound, just east of I-94.
- Highway 50, eastbound, just east of I-94.
- Highway158, eastbound, just east of I-94.
County Highways
- Highway C, eastbound, just east of I-94.
- Highway K, eastbound, approximately ¼ mile east of I-94.
- Highway S, eastbound, just east of I-94.
- Highway E, eastbound, just east of I-94.
- Highway KR, eastbound, just east of I-94.

Where are the markers or places of interest such as a museum for those who have lived in Kenosha such as actors, inventors, & etc.
That is a good question, so you have to become a Beauty Queen to have a street named after you, Makes you wonder who really made Kenosha and how they have been put on the side.
