UW-P art exhibit features work of Eileen Mueller Neill

The University of Wisconsin-Parkside currently has a very interesting art exhibit on display in their Fine Arts Gallery.  It is:  “Eileen Mueller Neill:  Imaginings.”  A reception for the artist will also take place on Saturday, April 28th, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Neill’s framed pictures are hung on the upper deck. Smaller scale and more domestic thematically are her brightly colored constructions. These show diminutive figures set in tiny imaginary worlds — playing among the tendrils of electrical cords, playfully crawling about inside plumbing pipes.  Her work invites viewers into a fantasy world.
