Kenosha pops band makes it debut

Last night marked the opening of the 90th season for the Kenosha Pops Band.  There was a free concert at the Sesquicentennial Band Shell in Pennoyer Park, 3601 Seventh Avenue, with a Broadway-themed concert.  The band was led by music director Craig Gall and assistant conductor Garrett Kornman.

The band shell is located along the lakefront.  Weekly performances will begin at 7 pm on Wednesday nights.  A different concert theme will be featured each week, along with different guest artists.
