Museum crawl to be held on July 13

Museum Crawl is a progressive party at the three Kenosha Public Museums:  the Dinosaur Discovery Museum (5608 Tenth Avenue), the Civil War Museum (5400 First Avenue), and the Kenosha Public Museum (5500 First Avenue).  Tickets are $30 for the general public ($25 for Friends of the Museum members).  Tickets include food, beer, streetcar fare, a goodie bag, and a chance to win great door prizes  Tickets are now available at all three museums.

The event runs from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and is being held on Friday, July 13.  The first stop is at the Dinosaur Discovery Museum with food by Frank’s Diner, music by Roxie Beane, and a variety of beers to sample.  Take a flashlight tour of the dinosaur gallery — and enjoy all this museum has to offer!

Then, hop aboard the streetcar for a leisurely ride to the Civil War Museum where more beer samples, food by Sazzy B, and music by Acoustic Soul await!  Explore the Veterans’ Memorial Gallery and the Fiery Trial while enjoying a night of fun at this state-of-the-art museum!

Then last, but not least, take a short walk next door to the Kenosha Public Museum where food by Captain Mike’s and music by Matt Meyer await!  More beer, plus exhibits on Reggie Jackson, Pickard China Company, and more will round out  your right of crawling!

All three museums’ gift shops will be open.  Participants must be age 21 or over.
