Units responding to report of possible grass or mulch fire

At about 11:55 a.m., Kenosha Fire Department units are responding to a report of a grass or mulch fire in the 5600 block of 99th Avenue, in Kenosha.

Dispatch reports that employees at this business are reporting smoldering mulch or grass near a building.
