Units responding for water rescue at Harbor Park

At 9 p.m., Kenosha Fire Department units, police officers, Scout Leaders Rescue, and county dive team members are responding to a  report of a water rescue at HarborPark.

UPDATE 9:03 p.m. — Fire personnel at the scene report that a reliable witness says people were in the water, but they got out onto the north pier and have left the area. Dive team standing down and other units clearing the scene. Coast Guard was responding, but also is now returning to quarters. Police and med unit team attempting to find individuals to assess them.
