A circus day in Baraboo
Join the Kenosha Public Museum for a bus trip to Baraboo, Wisconsin, on Wednesday, August 8th. Begin with a tour of the Al. Ringling Theatre on the Square. Built by Ringling as a contribution to the community, the theater is a masterpiece of European architecture, and has been in continuous operation since 1915.
The tour includes the history of the theater and an organ demonstration. Next stop is Baraboo’s famous Circus World Museum. Take in three different shows, see the collection of circus wagons, and visit the museum. Lunch is on your own. The bus departs the Kenosha Public Museum at 7:30 a.m., and returns at 7 p.m.
