Mellencougar rocks Kenosha!
Tonight’s Peanut Butter & Jam concert hosted Mellencougar. This band rocked the lakefront this evening with their renditions of “Jack and Diane,” “Small Town,” “Rockin’ in the USA,” and other hits by John Cougar Mellencamp, the Rolling Stones, and Tom Petty.

John Cougar Mellencamp’s ability to capture the feeling of growing up in “Heartland U.S.A” is what inspired longtime Illinois and Wisconsin musicians to form Mellencougar, the Midwest’s premiere Mellencamp tribute band.
The members of Mellencougar strive to recreate the way Mellencamp’s classics come alive in the mind of his fans.
Mellencougar has performed as both a headliner, as well as an opening act and has shared the stage with such well-known acts as Eddie Money, Blake Shelton, The Spin Doctors, Styx, and Night Ranger.
When Mellencougar took the stage at Peanut Butter and Jam, the audience felt a strong sense of Midwest pride. When the lead vocalist, Don Wilson, called up Caleb Olson to the stage and introduced him as one of Kenosha’s returning vets from Afghanistan, the crowd gave him a standing ovation. What a fun, rockin’ night!
