At 2:59 p.m., Somers Fire and Rescue and sheriff’s deputies are responding to a report of a crash in the 8400 block of Highway S, in Somers.

UPDATE 3:02 p.m. – Dispatch reports that crash is head-on and that one vehicle is in the ditch.

UPDATE 3:04 p.m. — First fire personnel on scene reports two non-responsive candidates. Flight for Life medical transport helicopter being requested.

UPDATE 3:07 p.m. — Ambulance from Kenosha Fire Department being dispatched to scene. Traffic on Highway S being blocked in both directions at Highways H and EA.

UPDATE 3:09 p.m. — Flight for Life not available to respond due to weather.

UPDATE 3:10 p.m — Three vehicles involved, dispatch says. Four deputies responding.

UPDATE 3:16 p.m. — Ambulance being dispatched from Pleasant Prairie Fire Department as mutual aid.
