Units responding to crash on I-94 south of Highway 50

At 9:14 p.m., sheriff’s deputies and units from Kenosha Fire Department, Bristol Fire and Rescue, Somers Fire and Rescue, Paris Fire Department, and Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue are responding to a report of a crash involving a car and a semi-tractor trailer in the southbound lanes of I-94, just south of Highway 50.
A deputy arriving on the scene reports that the impact knocked a temporary construction barrier into the left lane of the northbound lanes. Deputy is shutting down traffic in that lane.
UPDATE 9:20 p.m. — Deputy reports no apparent injuries.

Traffic southbound is incredibly bad…I have not moved in 45 minutes. Avoid this route if possible!!!
