Pleasant Prairie Police seize marijuana plants

Pleasant Prairie Police have issued a new release regarding a marijuana plant seizure in the village:

On Monday, August 6, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Pleasant Prairie Police received a report of marijuana plants growing in a vacant field in the area of Springbrook Court west of 39th Avenue. Officers investigated the report and contacted the property owner. With the property owner’s permission, officers entered the field and seized 15 potted marijuana plants. The plants have an estimated street value of $15,000. Pleasant Prairie Police are currently conducting an investigation.
