Units responding to report of shooting in Kenosha

At about 10:31 p.m., Kenosha Fire Department units are responding to a report of a shooting in the 6300 block of 24th Avenue, in Kenosha.
Dispatch says the male victim was reportedly shot in the stomach, and there are about 50 people at the scene.
UPDATE 10:32 p.m. – Police officer reports he is with a shooting victim at 63rd Street and 24th Avenue. Perimeter being set up around the scene. Multiple squads responding.
UPDATE 10:37 p.m. — Dispatch reports that there is an additional shooting victim. Another ambulance being dispatched.
UPDATE 10:41 p.m. — Second victim is at Roosevelt Road and 24th Avenue.
UPDATE 10:49 p.m. — Two patients being transported to hospitals.
UPDATE 11 p.m. — An officer investigating a single called in complaint of shots fired in the area of 55th Street and 22nd Avenue.








I can not believe this happened. I was with my sister and heard the shots fired and i was about 15 blocks away!! We heard the first one, then the second and we thought it was a gun. I headed home at about 10:45 and was on 22nd ave when i saw all the lights down Roosevelt.
