At 1:58 p.m., the National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for eastern Kenosha County.

The warning will be in effect until 3 p.m. The storm under observation is expected to Kenosha Airport around 2:20 p.m., Pleasant Prairie around 2:35 p.m. and downtown Kenosha around 2:50 p.m. At the time of the warning it was near Union Grove and moving southeast around 10 mph.
