At 3:48 p.m., Kenosha Fire Department units are responding to a report of smoke in a house in the 4700 block of 18th Avenue, in Kenosha.

Dispatch reports that people reporting smoke are refusing to evacuate while they rescue pets.

UPDATE 3:50 p.m. — Personnel on scene reports that smoke is from a grill on a balcony of a neighboring structure. All units released but one engine.
