Units responding to possible basement fire at hospital
At 5:07 p.m., Kenosha Fire Department units are responding to a report of a possible fire in the basement of Kenosha Medical Center.
UPDATE 5:09 p.m. — An audible fire alarm is sounding, but no signs of fire are visible from the outside, arriving fire units report.
UPDATE 5:10 p.m. — Fire personnel inside building report that problem appears to be steam.
UPDATE 5:11 p.m. — Dispatch says security confirms that alarm was set off by steam from a broken pipe.
UPDATE 5:14 p.m. — Fire command at the scene has confirmed the broken pipe. Most units clearing the scene and returning to quarters.
