Women and Children’s Horizons is hosting a fundraising walk on Saturday, October 6th.  Please consider joining them for their “Shelter Them From The Storm” Awareness Walk and Vendor Fair at the Women’s Club in Kenosha, 6028 Eighth Avenue.

Free bagels and coffee from Exceptional Events will be served during the walk registration from 9 am to 10 am.  Then, walk a route in downtown Kenosha with your umbrella open to show support for victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault from 10 am to 11 am.  Then, shop at their Vendor Fair from 9 am to 3 pm.  Also, the Nifty Thrifty Fashion Show will take place at 1 pm.  Classic cars from the Kenosha Car Club will be on display in the west parking lot.  Optional pledge envelopes will be available.
