At 7:14 a.m., Kenosha Fire Department units and police are responding to a report of a crash in the 2900 block of Sheridan Road, in Kenosha.

The crash is on the truck route and was head-on, dispatch reports. Two vehicles involved — a mini-van and an SUV. Driver of the SUV is trapped in the vehicle by their legs.

UPDATE 7:16 a.m. — Safety officer and an additional ambulance are being sent to the scene.

UPDATE 7:18 a.m. — Person will need to be freed from vehicle, personnel at the scene confirm to dispatch.

UPDATE 7:26 a.m. — Flatbed tow trucks being called to the scene.
