Units responding to report of man slumped at wheel in Kenosha

At 1:02 p.m., Kenosha Fire Department units and police officers are responding to the 60th Street and 50th Avenue area for a man reported to be slumped behind the wheel of a car there.

UPDATE 1:06 p.m. — Fire personnel have been able to wake the man who is talking to them now.
