At 11:33 a.m., Kenosha Fire Department units and city police officers are responding to a  report of a crash in the 7900 block of Sheridan Road, in Kenosha.

Dispatch says scene is in southbound lanes and is partially blocking traffic. One person has neck pain.

UPDATE 11:37 a.m. — Person in car does not want rescue services, dispatch says.
