Eco-friendly automobiles will be on display in front of the museum. Check out cars from Frank Boucher Volkswagen, Audi and Toyota Carmax, Lynch Chevrolet, and Palmen Buick/GMC/Cadillac.Inside the museum, visit with local organizations including the Eco-Justice Center, UW-Extension Master Gardeners, Carthage College Environmental Science Program, CURE, the City of Kenosha Water Utility, and Eco-Fresh Habitats.

At 1 pm, Root-Pike Watershed Initiative Network will present, “Greener Yards, Cleaner Waters,” explaining how to reduce run-off pollution from rain and snow-ice melt in your yard.

The first twenty-five families to attend the fair will receive a reusable “The Lorax” tote bag, and all attendees can register to win a copy of  “The Lorax” DVD.

While at the museum, remember to visit the interactive exhibit, “Sustainable Shelter: Dwelling Within the Forces of Nature,” on the second floor, in the West Gallery.

The EcoFair, presentation, and exhibit are free and open to the public.
