Units responding to burning violation

At about 12:43 p.m., Somers Fire Department units are responding to a report of a burning violation in the 4400 block of 12th Street, in Somers.

UPDATE 12:48 p.m. — Deputy on the scene reports to dispatch that fire is a controlled burn.
