At 4:20 p.m., Kenosha Fire Department units and police officers are responding to a report of a rollover crash in the 7700 block of 70th Avenue, in Kenosha.

Dispatch reports that someone appears to be trying to climb out of the vehicle.

UPDATE 4:23 p.m. — Police blocking traffic on 70th Avenue. First fire units on scene report one vehicle on edge.
