At about 4:13 p.m., Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue is responding to a report of a crash in the 11600 block of Sheridan Road, in Pleasant Prairie.

Crash involves a van that has struck a tree. Driver may be trapped inside.

UPDATE 4:17 p.m. — Off-duty rescue personnel at the scene reports to dispatch that driver is trapped.
