At noon, units from Bristol Fire Department, Pleasant Prairie Fire Department and Newport Fire Department are responding to a report of a crash on I-94 on the southbound off-ramp to Highway 165.

One person is reporting a head injury, dispatch says.

UPDATE 12:07 p.m. — Personnel at scene reporting that crash is on Highway 165 at the ramp and involves two cars.
