Crash in Pleasant Prairie takes out railroad signal
A two-vehicle crash at about 12:30 am Friday in Pleasant Prairie took down a railroad signal.
The scene of the crash was at Cooper Road south of 75th Street by the railroad tracks. One car took down the railroad signal, and was on the tracks. The other ended up off the road, near the utility building. Two patients were transported by Pleasant Prairie Fire and Rescue.
One road sign also was damaged. A crew from the railroad had to come and move the signal so the road could re-open.
