The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) has made the following announcement regarding the effect of cold weather on Tuesday’s school day:

KUSD schools will be open as usual tomorrow; however, all recess will be held indoors. Please be sure to dress your child(ren) accordingly for the brisk temperatures that are expected, especially if they will be outside for any period of time.

Tuesday’s forecast from the National Weather Service calls for “mostly sunny and cold, with a high near 6. Wind chill values between -10 and -20.”
